Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you need to change or cancel an in-person or Telehealth appointment, please provide a minumum of 24 hours notice.

To comply with evolving Covid-19 restrictions and to ensure the health and safety of our community we are pleased to also offer telehealth consultations where clinically appropriate. Please log in on time from a private, quiet space. Our support staff are available to assist you if needed.

• Relevant medical imaging, reports or results
• Medicare card
• Private health insurance details
• Pension or DVA card if applicable
