Larissa Dietrich

Larissa has over 20 years experience in medical administration. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Psychology and Sociology, and studied medical terminology and medical transcription at Pierce College in Washington State, USA. She has worked as a medical transcriptionist, medical receptionist and practice manager in a number of specialist fields including general practice, oncology, respiratory, vascular and now upper GI.

Cathryn Hertaeg

Personal Assistant to Mr Michael Hii

Cathryn has a wealth of knowledge in the medical industry, consistently demonstrating an organised and thorough work ethic. Outside of work, Cathryn enjoys spending time with her family and playing board games (usually sourced from her business Purple Meeple Games).

Claudia Gillam

Secretary to surgeon Mr Michael Hii and physician Dr Amy Osborne

Claudia is secretary to Mr Michael Hii and Dr Amy Osborne. Claudia is originally from Tasmania. She enjoys an active lifestyle and is always up for trying a new fitness class. A passionate foodie, Claudia loves checking out new bars, restaurants and cooking at home. Claudia has previously studied tourism and loves to travel. Claudia would love to own a bulldog someday!
