Dr. Amanda Honour

Dr Honour graduated from Monash University Medical School with Honours. She subsequently undertook an internship at the Royal Brisbane Hospital, Queensland and a year of residency at the Monash Medical Centre, Victoria. She then completed 5 years of specialist training in anaesthesia with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists. During this period Amanda worked in various hospitals in both Victoria and the United Kingdom.
Dr Honour previously held a public appointment at St Vincent’s Hospital and practices privately at various hospitals around Melbourne.
Dr. Benjamin Freeman

Dr Freeman is a specialist anaesthetist with an interest in orthopaedic, ENT, oncological and G.I. surgery. He is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) and takes part in their comprehensive Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program. He is also a member of The Australian Society of Anaesthetists (ASA) and a proud member of the Victorian Anaesthetic Group (VAG).
Ben completed his training predominately at The Alfred Hospital and completed fellowships at The Royal Children’s Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. He then spent a year at the Oxford University Hospital in the United Kingdom training in orthopaedic and regional anaesthesia, ENT and difficult airway anaesthesia. He works as a Visiting Specialist at The Alfred Hospital and is currently undertaking a Masters of Perioperative Medicine at Monash University.
Ben is happily married to Dr Sarah Freeman and has three young daughters.

Dr. Ben Jones

Dr Jones is a specialist anaesthetist. He works as a Visiting Specialist at The Alfred Hospital, and at various private hospitals around Melbourne. He anaesthetises for a range of surgical specialties including obesity surgery, GI surgery, ENT, trauma and orthopaedic surgery.
Following completion of his medical degree at the University of Newcastle he completed anaesthetic training at The Alfred Hospital. In addition, he has undertaken further postgraduate study in perioperative ultrasound for regional anaesthesia (anaesthetic injections for pain relief) and echocardiography (heart imaging).
He is a fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) and undertakes Continuing Medical Education (CME) through their comprehensive program. He serves on the Victorian Regional Committee of ANZCA. He is also a member of the Australian Society of Anaesthetists (ASA).
Dr. Graham Lethbridge

Dr Lethbridge completed his Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery in 1999 at Melbourne University. Since graduating he has completed specialised training in anaesthesia, predominantly at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Monash Health. He holds a public appointment at Royal Melbourne Hospital and practices privately throughout Melbourne.
Dr Lethbridge’s areas of interest include anaesthesia for upper gastrointestinal surgery, neurosurgery, orthopaedic surgery, ear nose and throat, and plastic surgery. He is a member of the Independent Anaesthetists group. When not working Graham enjoys mountain biking and time away with his wife and daughter.
Dr. Glen Cook

Glen completed his medical degree at the University of Western Australia in 2003. After finishing his internship at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth, he moved to Melbourne in 2005 to continue as a Resident Medical Officer at the Austin and Northern Hospitals.
Glen commenced training in Anaesthesia at Western Hospital in 2008. This training saw him work at many hospitals including Western, Sunshine, Williamstown, Shepparton, Ballarat, and finally Royal Melbourne and Austin Hospitals. He commenced private practice with Albert Street Anaesthetic Group in 2013 and continues to maintain public appointments at the Austin and Royal Dental Hospitals.
Glen has an interest in teaching and is a fully qualified Australian Resuscitation Council Advanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor as well as an instructor for the National Airway Training Course for Anaesthetic Trainees (NATCAT).
Glen is also interested in overseas volunteer work and since 2015 has participated in annual short surgical missions to Tonga as part of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons’ Pacific Island Program.
Glen is an active participant in the Continuing Professional Development Program of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) and is a member of the Australian Medical Association, Australian Society of Anaesthetists (ASA), and Doctors for the Environment Australia.
Glen is married with two children and despite living in Melbourne since 2005, continues to be a proud member of the West Coast Eagles.

Dr. Michael Rattray

Anaesthesia Analgesia
Dr. Rattray is a fully qualified specialist anaesthetist. Dr. Rattray graduated from medicine at the University of Newcastle in 2006, prior to completing his specialist anaesthesia training at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne in 2014. He obtained his Anaesthetic Fellowship from the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) in 2015.
Dr. Rattray undertook a year of clinical fellowship at Monash Medical Centre, and The Royal Women’s Hospital in 2014, gaining experience in high-risk obstetric anaesthesia. He has subspecialty interests in obstetric, bariatric, ophthalmic, orthopaedic and regional anaesthesia. Dr. Rattray enjoys teaching anaesthetic trainees, and helping them to prepare for their fellowship exams. Dr. Rattray has been involved in research into goal directed fluid therapy in major colorectal surgery and enhanced recovery after surgery. He has completed further study in clinical ultrasound and echocardiography. Dr. Rattray has done volunteer medical work in Mannya, Uganda, and teaches anaesthesia yearly in Mongolia.
Dr. Rattray holds public appointments at the Royal Women’s Hospital and St Vincent’s Hospital, and attends many private hospitals, including Epworth, Cabrini, St Vincent’s, The Avenue, Frances Perry and St John of God, Berwick. Outside of work, Dr. Rattray enjoys spending time with his three young children. He is a keen fly fisher and golfer.
Dr. Craig McCutcheon

Anaesthesia Analgesia
Dr. McCutcheon is a fully qualified specialist anaesthetist. He graduated from medicine at Melbourne University in 1995 and undertook his specialist anaesthesia training based at St Vincent's Hospital, Melbourne obtaining his specialist anaesthesia qualification (FANZCA) in 2004.
Dr. McCutcheon undertook 2 years of clinical fellowship. In 2003 he was the Anaesthesia Fellow at St Vincent's Hospital, Melbourne where he gained experience in anaesthesia for cardiac and thoracic surgery, ENT and neurosurgery. In 2004/5 he undertook a further 12 month fellowship in Regional Anaesthesia at the Calgary health region in Canada. Through this training period he received a number a significant research grants and has published several articles in peer reviewed journals. He has also undertaken voluntary work in Papua New Guinea with Interplast - a not for profit organisation which provides reconstructive surgery to patients in the Asia Pacific region.
Craig currently works at several private hospitals in Melbourne. His areas of interest include regional anaesthesia as well as anaesthesia for bariatric, orthopaedic, plastic and ENT surgery. Outside work, Craig is a keen golfer and a busy father of three.
