Louise Sikaris

Louisa utilizes evidence based practice to provide lifestyle education and behaviour modification to achieve the best possible individual outcomes for her weight loss surgery clients. Louisa believes there is much to gain in living a more active life.

Louisa has a special interest in metabolic, cardiovascular and mental health. Louisa finds great reward in giving back to her community by coordinating Diabetes Camps Victoria.

Louisa is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and a member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Louisa graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and went on to complete her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the Australian Catholic University.

Kristi Millot

Kristi is passionate about helping others experience the physical and mental health benefits associated with exercise and movement. Kristi takes a holistic approach to understand her clients who have undergone weight loss surgery and to assist them in developing healthy behavioural changes, optimising their quality of life.

Kristi has a special interest in chronic disease and disability treatment, management and prevention. She strives to help her clients develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to achieve and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. Kristi is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, holding a bachelor in Human Movement & Exercise Science, as well as a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology.

Paul is passionate about ensuring everyone has an individualised plan that can be incorporated within their lifestyle. Paul believes that we all should be exercising throughout our lifespan and that there are multiple ways for us to be engaged in exercise. Paul believes strongly in empowering his clients through education, and achieving gradual and progressive goals to achieve optimal outcomes and results. Paul is passionate about cardio-metabolic health and exercise and oncology and loves seeing the improvements that people notice by feeling fitter, stronger and more mobile.
